SPAN’s Smart Trolley is an ideal, easy to implement, persons to goods automated solution. The Smart Trolley is fully customizable using our lean pipes system (Click here for more info on lean pipes), it can be motorized or manual, and be configured with various efficiency solutions such as put-to-light and RFID scanning.

Follow-me Trolleys can be used for unloading, loading, and transportation, as well as to support picking activities. In this last use case, the Person to Goods trolley follows the picker along a route, eliminating the need to push or guide the trolley throughout the facility. Once picking is complete, with the support of autonomous navigation, the trolley can be programmed to return to a designated area for drop off– freeing the picker to continue picking operations, and significantly reducing walking time.

Autonomous Case-Handling Robotic System (ACR) is an automated warehouse picking robot that offers efficient and flexible picking and storage of cases or bins up to 10 m in height. The solution consists of ACRs, workstations for picking and replenishment, and a racking system for the storage of bins or cases. The ACR is a Goods to Person technology, bringing totes to pickers at the working stations. With the ability to handle up to 8 cases simultaneously, this solution has a high throughput potential. It supports a wide range of case dimensions and types, can be easily deployed without impacting running operations, and is scalable to accommodate business growth. The robot is compatible with plastic totes and carton boxes of different sizes and can utilize existing racks and totes.
