A Garments on Hangers system solves this through overhead conveyors that use vertical and horizontal space conventional racking cannot reach. Garments move through the facility on dedicated rails — stored at height, routed to the right station, sequenced to the right order, and buffered without pressure or contact damage. The floor beneath stays clear. The garments arrive at packing exactly as they left the rail.
The system integrates directly with ironing, tagging, pricing, and packing processes, and connects to warehouse management software for real-time tracking and dynamic sortation. Manual, semi-automated, and fully automated configurations are available within the same modular architecture.
