Vertical Lift Module

The Vertical Lift Module consists of two sides of racks where metal trays, served by an automated lift device, are located. It provides a goods-to-man solution by which the requested trays are automatically picked up from their storage location and brought to the resource’s consultation area in order  to  perform  picking,  replenishment,  and/or put-away activities. One unit can have a single consultation area equipped with an active tray and a “stand-by“ tray ensuring that the resources have practically no idle time in between tray retrievals. Furthermore, additional consultation areas can be incorporated into the same machine enabling multiple resources to work on different levels. It   is   ideal   for   handling   materials   of   every size, weight, and dimension, and has a great advantage in the case of temperature controlled storage as only the unit itself needs to be cooled. Furthermore, as the system is a self-cladded structure, it can be extended beyond the facility itself.

Rotating Storage and Filing Systems

The Rotating Storage & Filing system is an ideal solution to operate in limited spaces, while providing high levels of operator ergonomics. Its compact design is based on a carousel concept that enables the storage of multiple trays within a small area while maximizing space utilization through vertical height. Once a tray is requested by an operator, it is rotated along the shortest path and brought to the consultation area, eliminating unnecessary travel. The system is most commonly used in the hospital, pharmaceutical, textile, banking, government, and hospitality sectors. Different items can be stored in the unit, including but not limited to documents, pharmaceutical products and high value items. It is also suitable for temperature controlled storage environments and can be equipped with fire prevention systems. Several accessories can be added onto the shelves for more efficient storage, depending on the carousel’s use. These include extractable drawers, boxes for cards, accessories for several folder types, double shelves with plastic boxes, vertical separators, etc.
