R&D Technical Consultant
 

As a Project Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing and studying the customer’s business requirements and translating them into functional requirements along with the associated application design.  The Project Manager will report directly to the R&D Manager. 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Understand the customer’s specific business requirements and ‘pain’ points and have the capability of translating them into a creative solution
  • Document both the solution design from a functional and user manual perspective
  • Do proper and accurate estimations for the cost and time required for the entire project
  • Follow up the application’s development with the technical managers, track the performance of all the project team while making sure the technical design conforms to the business requirements
  • Lead and manage the entire project life cycle while placing extra emphasis on the Quality Assurance and UAT phases, making sure that all delivered solutions are bug free
  • Be the frontline in all customer communication and manage expectations
  • Lead the implementation, user training, and customer support
  • Be able to identify areas of future enhancement to the solution
  • Identify opportunities of growth from existing or new customers and translate them into actual projects

Skills:

  • Have worked in the research and development field in a customer oriented environment
  • Have decent experience in object oriented development
  • Have good experience in query language with the ability to generate ad-hoc reports and queries
  • Have been engaged in several application implementations from the operation and project management perspectives
  • Have the ability and willingness to work in presales as well as sales when required
  • Have solid technical skills

Site Engineer
 

As a Site Engineer, the selected candidate will be in charge of the management of installation sites. He will directly report to the Customer Service Manager.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  •  Assign works in a structured and organized manner
  • Control supervisors, labors and teams works
  • Deal with site problems and ensure projects schedules
  • Issue appropriate documentations and reports on works performance, progress and financials
  • Ensure that all site works are conducted in respect with safety regulations
     

Skills:

  • Be customer service oriented with management skills
  • Have good written and oral communication skills
  • Have computer and organizational abilities
  • Have time management skills
  • Be a trouble shooter, analytical and ready to make appropriate decisions

Sales Engineer
 

The candidate will be responsible for performing research and provide customers with solutions and designs.

 Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Be able to acquire products knowledge and combine them into a solution
  • Provide solutions and design
  • Have Techno-Sales capabilities
  • Monitor and control projects' financials
  • Provide data and storage techniques analysis
  • Projects Logistics and installation management skills

Skills:

  • Be an Enginnering or Architecture graduate
  • Have solid technical background
  • Have management qualifications, business assessment and development, strategic planning and exploration skills
  • Have design skills: knowledge in design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans
  • Have engineering and technology skills: knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. this includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and servixes.

  • Be able to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team

As a Salesperson, the selected candidate will be responsible for the sales of our product range in a geographic area. He should work with customers, prospects and colleagues to achieve the agreed goals of the company.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and divide his/her geographic area in order to cover it within an agreed time table
  • Prospect, qualify and close deals
  • Customer follow up and collection

Skills:

  • Be a Business graduate
  • Ability to read CAD, 3Dmax, drawings
  • Be fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus
  • Have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently in a very driven sales environment
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team
  • Have good organization and time management skills

Communication Officer
 

As a Communication Officer, the selected candidate will coordinate the promotion of products, services and public image of the organization which may include the publication of news and press releases, brochures and related materials.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, improve and regularly update information on the website
  • Assist in the organization of PR / Communication activities and events
  • Assist in the production of communication materials (brochures, catalogues, leaflet...)
  • Write and send out monthly press releases
  • Prepare and send out quarterly newsletter
  • Assist in arranging publicity for the organization through different channels
  • Assist in keeping staff and clients up to date with company news

Skills:

  • Ability to research, develop and write high quality communication materials
  • Very good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both in team and independently
  • Good website management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Very good command of MS Office tools (Photoshop & Quark Xpress are a plus)
